8.  Group discussion:  To be an active member in group discussion is very significant in whole period of engineering college life. Because discussion involves sharing of enormous knowledge by different people in different ways. GD is very essential, because many queries get cleared and one can even learn and explore things unknown.

If one implements the above strategies as part of their daily routine, then one can be successful in managing or controlling stress. Students must spare adequate free time while studying or while playing games on the computer. Depending on their ability to focus, 30-45 minutes of their studying time must be followed by 15-20 minutes of spare time.
